1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Viucash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in some jurisdictions)
  • You must have a valid email address and phone number
  • You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
  • One account per person - multiple accounts will be suspended

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Watch ads in their entirety without using automation tools
  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Not use VPNs or proxies to manipulate location
  • Not create multiple accounts or refer yourself

4. Earnings & Payments

Earning Rates:

  • Earnings vary by ad type, duration, and advertiser budgets
  • Typical range: $0.15 - $0.50 per completed ad view
  • We reserve the right to adjust rates with notice

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: $10.00
  • Processing time: Instant to 24 hours
  • Available methods: M-Pesa, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Crypto (BTC, USDT)
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees
  • Earnings from fraudulent activity will be revoked

5. Prohibited Activities

Violation will result in immediate account termination:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to watch ads
  • Clicking ads without genuine interest
  • Referral fraud or self-referrals
  • Selling or transferring your account
  • Harvesting user data or scraping the platform
  • Reverse engineering or exploiting the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Viucash are owned by Viucash Company Limited and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Viucash is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you earned in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or suspicious activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@viucash.org.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
